TiM/TC 1.7 rewrite update!

- Fixed speed to be a more static value, this will be used for the TC branch and it just plain works so we might as well leave it like this for now.
- Rider offset can now compensate for height.
- Added tmt, better known as Turbo Model Thingy, this allows us to add models in flans mod format and maybe even obj, and things made with SMP toolbox.
- Added a converter so we can use BDCraft Cubik Pro models, and animate them via tmt.
- Trains can now animate wheel rotation, pistons will be next!
- Created a modified Vec3d class, this is more similar to the one in minecraft 1.8+ and should help the transition to 1.9.2/1.10 when we are ready.

Still no release, but we're getting closer, and the actually difficult stuff is finally out of the way (until we get to linking trains and rollingstock).
