raw model reworks #TrainsInMotion

- Added the raw VAT Log Car model, inspired by Sid Mires Railroads.
- Added the raw CMD Bogie mode, to go with the VAT Log Car.
- Significant rework on the Pullman's Palace raw model, there's more interior detail now to define the 4 seating cabins and the hall, and the parts have been reworked to have simpler positions alongside being rotated the correct direction.

Today was just some reworks of the raw models, I'll get them in with features tomorrow.
The log car will define a lot of new features, for one it will have bogies that rotate independently from the actual model (TiM only feature), for another it will also only render logs based on how much of the inventory is full, and it will use textures from those items, this functionality can be modified for tenders, hoppers, and other rollingstock with visible cargo (this one will be in TC and TiM).
