GUI changes and bugfixes #TrainsInMotion #Traincraft (1.7.10 rewrite)

Well the weather has put a damper on my progress, and a day was lost to the texture issue with the block renders, but progress is still being made.
I already have the new model, I just have to actually add it in and make the registry entries.
Speaking of, I'm still trying to find ways to simplify the registration process more, especially items, there's so little that has to be done for item registration, there has to be a way to make all of it automated.

At any rate, Alpha 2 will be out before next weekend.
And here's the changelog from this weekend:
- Added the base file for a new rolling stock.
- Added the vector caching process over to the main rollingstock class to help improve performance.
- Added the missing hitbox positions to the Well Car, and updated the hitbox positions.
- Improved the GUI, it should have proper looking edges now.
- Renamed the cubik render to properly state what it's for.
- Added a render for Techne models.
- Fixed blocks not rendering properly on the rollingstock.
- Fixed a glitch with the cargo not being added correctly.
- The Well Car now uses the Techne render.
- TMT Change: Reverted the last change, the functionality wasn't needed afterall.
- Added height compensation for hopper cars.
